The trolley type vacuum bright annealing furnace is an energy-saving periodic operation furnace with energy-saving structure and fiber structure, saving 60% of electricity. The production uses composite high-aluminum porcelain nail set, anti-impact sealing bricks of the trolley, automatic sealing of the trolley and the furnace door, integrated rail, without basic installation, can be used on the horizontal ground.
It is mainly used for heat treatment of copper pipes and copper parts in vacuum.
Structure:
The shell of the electric furnace is welded with steel plate and section steel, and the bottom of the furnace body is connected with the trolley light rail. The user does not need to install the foundation, but only needs to put it on the flat cement floor.
The furnace lining adopts full fiber structure, which saves about 60% of energy compared with brick furnace, adopts high quality long fiber blanket as raw material, uses special equipment to make 300×300×300 specifications, and leaves a certain amount of compression during processing to ensure that after the module is completed, each ceramic fiber block expands in different directions, so that the modules are squeezed into a whole without gap. Good heat storage effect is achieved, and the product is convenient and fast in construction, and can be directly fixed on the stainless steel anchor round nail of the furnace shell steel plate. Compared with other products, the advantages are low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, excellent corrosion performance, excellent thermal stability and thermal shock resistance, heat insulation, and the anchor is set on the cold side of the furnace body, which improves the high temperature strength of the fiber.
The heating element is made of high temperature resistance alloy wire wound into a ribbon and spiral shape, respectively hanging on the furnace side, the furnace door, the back wall and the laying trolley on the wire tile, and fixed with high aluminum porcelain nails, safe and simple.
The trolley is equipped with a cast steel furnace bottom plate with pressure and high temperature resistance, and a vacuum furnace pot is placed on it for placing workpieces. In order to prevent the oxide generated after the workpiece heating from falling into the heating element through the gap between the furnace bottom plate and causing damage to the heating element, the plug-in contact between the furnace bottom plate and the furnace body is adopted. In order to ensure normal use, it is necessary to often purge the oxide under the bottom of the furnace of the car, generally purge once a week, lift the furnace bottom when purging, and use compressed air to purge the oxidized skin in the resistance wire groove, and pay attention to prevent the oxidized pickup from causing short circuit in the furnace wire.
The furnace door is installed on the trolley, integrated with the furnace tank, and adopts the trolley power pressing type. The pressing device of this structure makes there is no friction between the fiber plane on the furnace door and the furnace mouth cotton, and the limited position device controls the stroke, which has the characteristics of good safety performance and long use mission.
The frame of the trolley is welded with section steel, and its rigidity ensures no deformation under full load. The interior is built with firebrick, the collactible part and the bearing part are built with heavy brick to enhance the strength of the furnace lining structure. The walking structure of the trolley is self-propelled, and the driving wheel is driven by the reducer sprocket to walk on the track. The seal of the trolley adopts automatic labyrinth structure and soft contact double seal. The trolley enters the furnace through the action of CAM and roller bevel, and is automatically raised to seal. When the car is driven out, the sealing groove automatically falls, and the sealing sand in the sealing groove does not need to be added frequently after being filled. The lift of the furnace door is electrically controlled, equipped with electromagnetic brake, which can prevent inertia impact on the furnace body, and chain control, that is, after slightly opening the furnace door, automatically cut off the heating element, and restore the power supply of the vehicle walking mechanism. After the furnace door is closed in place, the power supply of the traveling mechanism of the trolley is automatically cut off, and the power supply of the heating element is restored.
