How it Works:

It can carry out heat treatment processes such as quenching, thin-layer carburizing and carbonitriding under controlled atmosphere. In the process of heat treatment, the workpiece does not collide with each other, the balanced heating through the furnace, coupled with the action of controlled atmosphere, to prevent air from entering the furnace. Therefore, the surface of the processed workpiece is smooth, no decarburization, uniform surface, small deformation and high quality. The equipment has the advantages of high degree of automation, easy adjustment of parameters, low labor intensity, no environmental pollution, energy saving and so on. The equipment can be combined with spray type cleaning machine and net back furnace to form an automatic assembly line. And can be added with black hair blue, oil, drying production line.
