Use of car quenching furnace

The trolley type quenching furnace is a periodic resistance furnace, which is mainly used for quenching, annealing and normalizing of metal such as die steel, metal mold, casting parts and forging parts. Used for high chromium, high manganese steel castings, ductile iron, roll, steel ball, 45 steel, stainless steel and other quenching, annealing, aging and various mechanical parts of the heat treatment

Characteristics of car quenching furnace

The bottom of the furnace body is connected to the trolley light rail as one body. Users do not need to install the foundation, but only need to put it on the flat cement floor for use. The lining material of the electric furnace is made of ultra-lightweight 0.6g/cm energy-saving refractory thermal insulation brick, and the interlayer is insulated with aluminum silicate fiber felt. The furnace is made of heavy anti-collision brick and heavy high-aluminum anti-pressure brick on the surface of the trolley. The labyrinth refractory material is used between the electric furnace body and the trolley, and the self-acting sealing mechanism is used to reduce the heat radiation and convection loss of the electric furnace, and improve the furnace temperature uniformity. The heating elements of the electric furnace are spiral heating elements, shelved on the furnace side shelf brick and the truck masonry, the heating element material is the international general 0Cr25AL5, the maximum operating temperature of the element is 1200℃.

The platform is equipped with chromium manganese nitrogen heat-resistant steel furnace bottom plate or 1200℃ silicon carbide furnace bottom plate to carry the workpiece. In order to prevent the workpiece from falling into the bottom heating element through the gap of the furnace bottom plate and causing damage to the heating element, it is necessary to regularly purge the oxide sheet under the platform furnace bottom plate, generally once a week, and lift the furnace bottom during the purge. Use compressed air to clean the oxidized skin in the resistance wire groove.

The lifting of the door of the trolley furnace is realized by rolling the rolling wheel up and down on the guide rail, which not only ensures the sealing between the masonry of the door and the furnace body when the door is closed, but also ensures that the masonry will not be damaged by friction during the opening process. The movement of the door and the trolley is provided by the motor decelerating through the worm gear reducer and the chain transmission. And equipped with electromagnetic brake for appropriate adjustment. In order to improve the uniformity of the furnace temperature, the electric furnace adopts multi-zone heating, and the heating elements are arranged on the furnace door and the back wall for future maintenance and replacement.
