Well tempering furnace is a kind of furnace made of welded steel and steel plate. It is mainly used for tempering general metal parts in the air and quenching, annealing and aging heat treatment of light alloy parts such as aluminum die-casting parts, pistons and aluminum plates.

Structure:

Shaft type tempering furnace structure, the shell is made of steel plate and section steel cylindrical furnace body. The inner surface of the furnace cover is made of stainless steel plate. The lining of the furnace is made of ultra-lightweight energy-saving micro-porous refractory insulation bricks. The interlayer between the furnace lining and the furnace shell is insulated with aluminum silicate fiber cotton, and the gap is filled with expanded thermal insulation powder. The resistance wire is coiled with 0Cr25Al5 high resistance alloy wire and installed on the wire shelf brick of the furnace. A stainless steel charging basket is placed in the furnace. The furnace cover is lifted by manual pole. In order to heat the workpiece evenly, a hot air circulating fan made of heat-resistant stainless steel shaft and wind blade is installed on the furnace cover. During the heating of the workpiece, hot air is circulated up and down in the tempering furnace to ensure uniform heating of the workpiece. In order to ensure the safety of operation, a limit switch is installed near the lifting mechanism, which is interlocked with the power supply of the tempering furnace control cabinet, and the power is switched on when the furnace cover is closed (working). When the furnace cover opens the time limit switch, the control power supply is cut off, so the power supply of the heating element is cut off at the same time to ensure safe operation.
