Pit vacuum furnace structure:

It is composed of steel structure assembly of furnace shell, furnace lining, insulation layer, heating element, stainless steel vacuum tank, internal heat preservation furnace cover, microcomputer program automatic temperature control system, etc. The shell is mainly made of steel coil into well shell, and the structure of the furnace body is made of shaped steel group welding. The lining of the furnace is made of light microbead energy-saving firebrick, and the lining and shell are sandwiched with high purity ceramic fiber insulation cotton, which is a super energy-saving lining. The heating element adopts high temperature resistance wire or resistance tape. The lid is made of stainless steel and sealed with double water-cooled vacuum rubber. The vacuum tank body is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate, which is made of protective automatic close welding. Two vacuum tanks can be used to improve production efficiency.

The well type vacuum furnace is divided into multi-zone temperature control from the upper and lower direction, and the high precision design distributes the power. A number of microcomputer programmed temperature control cabinets are used to automatically display the measured furnace temperature, calculate the temperature rise slope temperature value and set value, overtemperature alarm and automatic process curve record.
