Aluminum alloy annealing furnace is a series of products, mainly used in aluminum alloy industry, aluminum alloy castings, aluminum alloy die casting, industrial aluminum alloy profile aging treatment. Microcomputer program is used to control temperature automatically, and the aging process curve of aluminum alloy is executed with high precision. Trolley type aluminum alloy aging furnace is used for aging treatment of aluminum alloy profiles and aging heat treatment of aluminum alloy castings after solution treatment, aiming at reducing the stress concentration and deformation of aluminum alloy materials.

Brief introduction of structure:

It is mainly composed of thermal insulation furnace body, furnace door device, heating system, hot air circulation system, trolley device and electrical control system.

The thermal insulation furnace body is an all-metal box structure made of two layers of steel plates welded inside and outside, and the middle is evenly filled with aluminum acid refractory fiber cotton for thermal insulation to reduce the temperature rise of the furnace wall.

The furnace door device adopts manual push and pull open type furnace door or pneumatic lifting type furnace door, and the furnace door is pressed by manual spinning or pneumatic link type four-point balanced pressing mechanism.

The heating system can be suitable for using diesel, LNG/ natural gas, LPG/ liquefied gas as fuel heating or resistance heating.

In order to ensure the uniformity of the furnace temperature, the top or side of the furnace is equipped with a large air volume of axial flow or centrifugal hot air circulation fan, and the hot air circulation diversion system in the furnace is reasonably configured, so that the air distribution in the furnace is uniform, the temperature difference in the furnace is small (±5℃), and the heating speed and heating quality are ensured.

The loading and discharging trolley adopts steel frame type welding structure, and the trolley traction mechanism can adopt self-propelled, chain type or blunt wheel type.

Temperature control system adopts PID zero trigger thyristor, intelligent meter temperature control. It is also equipped with multi-point paperless recorder to record temperature and overtemperature alarm to ensure that the workpiece does not overtemperature.

The mechanical transmission part adopts interlocking control, that is, the power supply of the fan device and heating parts is automatically cut off after the furnace door is opened.

Only after the furnace door is closed in place can the power supply of the fan device and heating element be connected to prevent faults and accidents caused by misoperation.
