The seal of the trolley adopts automatic labyrinth structure and soft contact double seal. The trolley enters the furnace through the action of CAM and roller bevel, and is automatically raised to seal. When the car is driven out, the sealing groove automatically falls, and the sealing sand in the sealing groove does not need to be added frequently after being filled.
The lift of the furnace door is electrically controlled, equipped with electromagnetic brake, which can prevent inertia impact on the furnace body, and chain control, that is, after slightly opening the furnace door, automatically cut off the heating element, and restore the power supply of the vehicle walking mechanism. After the furnace door is closed in place, the power supply of the trolley traveling mechanism is automatically cut off, and the power supply of the heating element is restored at the same time.
