(14)Structure introduction
The structure of electric furnace is composed of heating furnace, lifting mechanism, quenching mechanism, control system and so on.
1. Heating furnace
The heating furnace consists of an electric furnace body, a heating element, a hot air circulation device, a base frame and a furnace door
Closed mechanism and other components.
The shell frame of the furnace body is welded with shaped steel, and the inner wall is welded with 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant stainless steel plate. At the same time, in order to consider the deformation and damage of the heating element of the stainless steel plate in the inner chamber at high temperature, in addition to the stainless steel plate and the shell steel structure, the stainless steel plate has a expanded slot, and the inner surface of the furnace shell is covered with a layer of rubber asbestos plate. Acts as heat insulation and protects the shell surface from corrosion.
The heating element is pressed into a band by alloy, which is set on the insulated porcelain tube and fixed on the inner chamber of the furnace shell by stainless round steel. This structural resistance belt is suspended around the furnace to facilitate heat dissipation and circulation. The heating element adopts Y-shape connection. The surface load is controlled below 1.6W/cm2 to extend the service life of the equipment.
The hot air circulation device is composed of a fan device and an air deflector. The fan device is placed on the top of the furnace body. The fan is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel to form a centrifugal wind blade. The air deflector plate is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel . It is fixed on the inner wall of the furnace through several shelves, and the resistance belt is wrapped inside. The heat released by the resistance belt is circulated through the hot air circulation system to make the temperature in the furnace uniform. The ventilation device is made according to the furnace volume, forcing the hot air circulation to achieve the requirement of uniform furnace temperature.
The base frame is used for shelving the furnace parts and is welded with section steel.
The shell of the furnace door is welded with steel and the inner lining is made of whole fiber structure.
The seal of the furnace door and furnace body is made of worm gear reducer, which is automatically sealed by inertia after it is in place.
The electric furnace is equipped with a charging trolley.
2. Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism is composed of a hoist, a loading frame, a lifting chain and a rolling wheel.
The hoist is installed on one side of the base frame, adopts a low speed ratio reducer, and has a self-locking device, which can ensure that the loading frame stays and slows down in any position, and prevent the loading frame from hitting the quenching tank quickly when falling.
The lifting motor adopts two-speed motor, which is slow when lifting and fast when falling.
The loading frame is made of section steel or round steel according to user's requirements. 1 set is provided.
3. Control system
Temperature control system adopts PID zero trigger thyristor, Shanghai Guolong intelligent meter temperature control. Overtemperature alarm dual control to ensure that the workpiece does not overtemperature.
The mechanical transmission part of the electric furnace adopts interlocking control, that is, the power supply of the fan device and the heating part is automatically cut off after the furnace door is slightly opened, and the power supply of the lifting device is automatically restored. When the loading frame comes to the designated position of the furnace, the power supply of the lifting device will be cut off automatically when the furnace door is closed; Only after the furnace door is closed in place can the power supply of the fan device and heating element be switched on to prevent accidents caused by misoperation.
