Purpose:
The full-fiber trolley type flange quenching furnace is a periodic operation furnace, which is a large industrial electric furnace, mainly for the heat treatment of general large and medium castings, forgings, flanges or alloy parts at rated temperature.
Brief introduction of structure:
The all-fiber trolley type flange quenching furnace is composed of furnace body (including furnace lining), furnace door, furnace car, furnace door lifting mechanism, furnace car running mechanism, heating element, temperature control system, temperature record and other parts.
(1) The full-fiber trolley type flange quenching furnace is a trolley type resistance furnace. When the workpiece is heated, the trolley is driven out of the oven, the workpiece is placed on the trolley, and the trolley is driven into the furnace for heating.
The whole fiber trolley type flange quenching furnace body is steel structure, and the steel skeleton is welded by section steel, steel plate, etc. The whole steel structure design is reasonable and the structure is firm.
(2) The heating elements are arranged in the furnace door, the furnace side, the furnace back wall and the platform car with high resistance alloy resistance belts produced by Shougang.
(3) The lining is hung on the steel skeleton with a full-fiber large-plate structure, and the bearing part is built with heavy firebrick to enhance the structural strength of the lining. The thermal insulation layer of the trolley is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber and diatomite insulation brick to improve the thermal insulation performance of the furnace body.
(4) The trolley is a platform for carrying workpieces and running, which is mainly composed of the trolley steel structure, the trolley fire insulation layer, the trolley walking mechanism, the heating element, the furnace bottom plate and other parts.
(5) Furnace bottom plate: there is a cast steel furnace bottom plate with pressure resistance and high temperature resistance installed on the platform to carry the workpiece. In order to prevent the oxide generated after the workpiece heating from falling into the heating element through the gap between the furnace bottom plate and causing damage to the heating element, the plug-in contact between the furnace bottom plate and the furnace body is adopted.
(6) furnace door structure; The furnace door adopts light steel frame structure and refractory fiber as heat insulation material.
The furnace door pressing device adopts the domestic advanced spring pressing structure, which has the characteristics of good performance and long service life.
(7) Sealing: The furnace door is composed of the furnace door frame, elastic soft skirt and fire-resistant fiber insulation lining. The soft skirt structure (i.e. flexible structure) used for sealing around the furnace door. The furnace door is pressed by a spring pressing mechanism. This structure does not need external power, relying on the weight of the mechanical furnace door, through the mechanical structure of the furnace door self-weight into the pressure of the furnace door. The installation and maintenance is simple, and can ensure a good sealing effect between the furnace door and the guard plate, no fire leakage, saving energy and improving the service life of the furnace door.
(8) Intelligent temperature control system: the main temperature instrument uses intelligent digital display temperature control instrument, and the actuator uses advanced high-power module to automatically control the furnace temperature through intelligent digital display temperature control instrument. The system is also equipped with double temperature control, double overtemperature alarm and automatic power cut function, so that the equipment to ensure reliable operation, the system has sound and light alarm function.
(9) Temperature control record: The furnace is also equipped with a 6-point paperless recorder to record the temperature of each zone of each furnace in real time for inspection.
6, action control system: the opening of the furnace door and the closing of the trolley are all completed on the operation box in front of the furnace, and there is a reliable electrical chain between each action, and then the electric heating system is electrified for chain protection.
