Structural features and uses:
Depending on the pusher, the charge or tray placed on the track is periodically pushed into or out of the furnace. When the workpiece is heated in the furnace, it keeps the relative static state for a fixed amount of time. When quenching, some of the plate will automatically tilt the charge into the quenching medium, and some of the plate and the charge together into the quenching medium to cool.
This kind of furnace has strong adaptability to different heat treatment processes, so it is easy to form production lines, and is widely used in heat treatment processes such as quenching, normalizing, annealing, tempering and carburizing, nitriding and carbonitriding.
1. Used for workpiece carburizing and carbonitriding;
2. The pretreatment furnace adopts centrifugal fan and hot air circulation heating system. The furnace temperature uniformity can reach ±5 degrees. After the parts are pretreated, the carburizing speed and the uniformity of the coating can be improved.
3. The carburizing furnace is heated by electric radiation tube. Using thyristor power regulator power supply, intelligent instrument to adjust temperature control, furnace temperature uniformity up to ±7 degrees, parts after carburizing layer depth deviation up to ±0.1mm.
4. The carburizing atmosphere can be endothermic atmosphere or drip atmosphere.
5. The carbon potential control system is composed of carbon potential controller, oxygen probe and regulating valve to control the carbon potential of furnace gas in the carburizing furnace with control accuracy of ±0.05 degrees.
6. After carburizing parts can be directly quenched, pressure quenched or slow cooling, complete functions.
7. There is a large screen operation panel in front of the furnace, which can manually and automatically operate and monitor the operation of the equipment, and can prompt fault and sound and light alarm.
8. Bottom feed, energy saving, reduce momentum consumption.
