Process:

Mainly for steel parts, various metal parts, auto parts and other annealing heat treatment. Stainless steel nitrogen inlet pipes and valves are installed on the furnace side to adjust the intake gas, which can play a simple role in protecting the atmosphere and reducing the oxidation of the workpiece. The box-type annealing furnace uses high-purity and high-aluminum energy-saving brick composite lining, and the high-temperature and high-resistance alloy heating element is installed on the side wall and the bottom of the furnace. The micro-computer program automatically controls the temperature cabinet to execute the annealing process curve with high precision.

Temperature requirements:

The box type annealing furnace is divided into high temperature furnace, medium temperature furnace and low temperature annealing furnace. The maximum use temperature of high temperature furnace is within 1200℃, the medium temperature furnace is within 950℃, and the low temperature annealing furnace is within 650℃, which are selected according to their respective product characteristics. The furnace size and load are ordered according to customer requirements.
